Question:  Do all policies  include full glass?

Answer:    No. Your policy must specify "No Deduction Glass" or "Full Glass".  Otherwise, a glass claim will be subject to your comprehensive deductible.

Question:  I received a letter from my mortgage?

Answer:    Even though mortgages and lienholders get copies of your policy automatically, they generate many letters to the contrary  Please email, fax or mail us the letter A.S.A.P. for handling.  

Question:  How do I take a car off of my policy?

Answer:    You must turn in your plates to DMV. You will then get a receipt that must be given to your insurance company.
